I ordered a paint over a month ago.I was promised it will be shipped to later that April 12, than I was told it was shipped by Fedex and that I will get it by the 17th.

Today I requested tracking number and found out the paint was never shipped. I contacted Aframov and they agree to cancel the order and refund my money. I'm not sure what they they behave like that, it is not professional to my opinion.

Maybe it is not an artist just a business which didn't hold this paint in stock.Anyway I won't order from them again and won't reccomand anyone one to do so.

You're probably better off, the painting I received is a far cry from the original. Deciding if I even want to keep it or not.
